About the Course:

HubSpot Academy's Super Admin Bootcamp is an immersive six-week program designed to teach you what you need to know to be an effective admin resource for multiple hub installations, including set up, user permissions, management, records, customization, workflow automation, and how to effectively deploy HubSpot tools across the enterprise.

The course covers:

  • Setting HubSpot default settings

  • Cleaning, importing, and exporting data

  • Configuration and security

  • Workflows and sequences

  • Record customization

  • Object user management

  • Dashboards and reports

HubSpot Academy's Super Admin Bootcamp can help experienced administrators learn the right steps for deployment, security, user permissions, and scale so that you can hit the ground running with everything you need. During the six week program, HubSpot Certified Instructors will provide both information and lead hands-on activities so you can apply what you learn in a group environment to understand the why, what, and how to manage a successful HubSpot deployment.

Key Takeaways:

The past 6 weeks have been a refreshing change of pace, forcing me to zoom out of the day-to-day bustle and begin to concentrate on HubSpot applications and best practices at the macro level. With an ever-changing CRM, especially of late with adaptations relating to ai and machine learning, it is glaringly evident that there are grandfathered processes that are deserving of an upgrade. Between our weekly webinars, collaboration with fellow HubSpot users, and weekly assignments (especially the hub audits!), I compounded my overall understanding of the platform immensely and gathered many ideas to improve operational efficiencies for our marketing, sales, and IT departments. Some medium-to-long-term HubSpot projects I hope to undertake in the new year include:

  • Reassessing the threshold for unengaging contacts, and the filter set to identify them, then enrolling those contacts into a sunset campaign to either reaffirm engagement or disengage those leads from marketing campaigns in the future.

  • Employing dynamic sequencing to automate nurturing efforts at different stages of the buyer's journey.

  • Designing lead and deal scoring algorithms to identify warm vs. cold opportunities and provide added insights to sales reps conducting ongoing outreach.

  • Bolster our activities reports for sales and managerial dashboards for each branch to focus on practical insights, specifically deal activity, and forecasts.

  • Bolster our internal reporting efforts for ongoing marketing campaigns and develop reports based on campaign analytics to uncover overall effectiveness and success.

  • Revamp our HubSpot ticketing pipeline to streamline the onboarding process for incoming sales reps.

  • Delve into Breeze Copilot and start adopting its many applications across the platform, eventually providing a live demo to the sales team for their own potential use cases.

  • And more!

As I reflect on the 6 weeks of training, I have a deepened sense of enthusiasm around how the HubSpot platform can help grow our business. I value the opportunity to connect with other like-minded HubSpot admins to explore best practices and address challenges. I am grateful for my class's instructors and HubSpot power users: Debbie Akintonde, Ally Schwanke, and Chris Grant, the HUG community, the Sproketeer slack channel, Brian Weiss, Kyle Jepson, D'Ana Guiloff, and the HubSpot Support Team for each playing critical roles in my advancement as a super admin! I cannot wait to take this newfound knowledge and mold it into growth for Commercial Credit Inc!
